I lived in Texas many years of my life. I worked at a meat packing plant that had a smokehouse in it for over 60 years. You could have probably eaten the bricks out of it. But I have to say Rusty's BBQ pulled pork and ribs are the best I have ever had. His BBQ sauce with spice or without are also delicious. We go when he is at neighborhood markets walk right past everyone get our BBQ and leave. My grandchildren 2 and 7 love his BBQ also. If you want the best try his.
